General Shipping

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped (3-5 days during sales and product launches). Orders placed on the weekend are typically shipped out the following Monday.

Make sure your items, preferences and delivery address are correct before placing an order. We cannot change orders once they have been placed. Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.

International Shipping

Although we do our best to ship all orders properly, once they leave Canada we have no control over any additional cost. Please be aware that customs charges may apply.
